We will retrieve your uploaded documents and begin working on your return. If we have everything, we will complete your return within 24 to 48 hours and reach out to you to go over your completed return. If we have additional questions or any documents are missing, we will follow up with you. Upon your approval, submission, and acceptance of your tax return, you will receive your own personal Client Portal Account (if you do not already have one). Details will be provided in your email how to access your account and download your completed return.
